New Ghostbusters: Afterlife Fright Feature Figures And Ecto-1 Hitting Target Stores Now

Besides the new 6" Plasma Series Ghostbusters Afterlife figures we told about yesterday, Hasbro also has an assortment of more kids oriented product for the movie coming as well which is called Fright Feature figures. They are doing figures for the characters from the new movie as well as those from the original looking younger as they did in the original movie. Some of these were actually originally shown off back during the 2020 Toy Fair and were originally slated to be released in 2021, but then got delayed due to the pandemic.

There is a total of 8 figures being released so far in the line, 4 from the new movie and 4 from the original movie. There is also an Ecto-1 vehicle being offered in the line. While these should eventually be available everywhere, they are currently starting to hit physical Target stores now. The DPCI# for the figures assortment is 087-16-7927 Item# E95445L00. The DPCI# for the Ecto-1 is 087-16-8837 Item #E9563.

There is no embargo date on these as far as I can tell and you will likely see them out after your store finishes their toy isle reset which for most stores is taking place this week.

Oddly, I like the cartoons ones better than the plasma series. Though I'm tempted to go nuts on the stay-pufft three packs

These look awesome. Don't think I'll be picking them up unless I see the reviews first.

Got wave 1 and Ecto 1 from BBTS. Still thinking if I'll get wave 2. They look great

Those are "Fright Feature?" Why don't the kids' eyes bug out?

So stoked about this movie, it's just a damn shame Mattel has the toy license. I barely even check the Mattel side of the aisle anymore, unless they have some new Masters of the Universe Origins product coming out.

Are these exclusive to EE, or is BBTS just slacking on the job getting them up?

Not exclusive but don't know if BBTS will carry them or not. BBTS has the Plasma stuff but not the Fright Feature stuff currently.

Shown below are official images for the Ghostbusters: Afterlife Fright Feature wave 3 figures from Hasbro which feature the kids from the upcoming movie. The wave includes figures of Phoebe, Trevor, Podcast and Lucky. The first waves included the original Ghostbusters members Egon Spengler, Ray Stantz, Peter Venkman with Terror Dog and Winston Zeddemore with Slimer. All of these figures are available from our sponsor EntertainmentEarth.
