I think even Spider-Ham had more articulation, but this really could have been great figure even with single joints a shame really, unless there's some story element that justifies preposed and limited articulation ?

Yeah the first Plasma wave did terrible at retail after the intial month or so, and was heavily discounted, even at a huge price slash the figures were not moving, I was convinced the Plasma line was done with, I was actually surprised to see they announced anything new, and I don't have confidence in this wave or the GITD re-issues of the first wave, likely if these under perform which they probably will it will be the end of Plasma, this wave is just unreleased from last year and was suppose to accompany the new movie, but we know what happened, so this is left overs, they probably already pulled the plug

they should just give us the Cartoon figures in 6'' articulated form for the 3rd wave, I've been saying that since Plasma began because that would be the bread winner, these figures are already stale and all long like a beige blob.

I don't mind 6" scale of cartoon Ghostbusters, hell, even release the characters from Extreme Ghostbusters but as an exclusive. The future of the Plasma line really depends if the figures for the new movie will sell or not.

I noticed too that the 6" Ghostbusters figures weren't moving that much from retail, even when the toys from the reboot were released to the point that the reboot toys were heavily discounted just to clear retail space, a fitting end to a widely divisive movie. I can't even see stocks of the 80's figures, let alone an Ecto-1.

They really shouldn't have bothered making figures from this movie. Even the current ones of the classic ghostbusters sell horribly and no one is gonna buy figures of random kids in GB outfits or old Bill Murray. This movie is absolutely going to bomb at the box office. The 2016 one did irreparable damage to the brand and now it's retail poison.

ANYWAYS.

Previous pictures showed a Phoebe figure as well. Do you think she'll be released in the next wave, and if so, who else might the next wave include? Or do you think she'll be an exclusive to maybe Pulse or a retailer?

Hasbro says that Phoebe will be added to the toyline later this year. No word yet on if she's going to be any kind of exclusive.

That's right!

You'll adress me as Mr.

Keep it on topic, "Mr." and take the hostility down several notches. You're new, so I'm cutting you some slack, but consider this a warning. If this keeps going, I'll delete the whole thing and limit your posting capabilities for a while. Arguing back and forth about Sideshow 1/6 scale figures, which ARE action figures, as well as the Four Horsemen's Mythic Legions figures, which are generally great, has absolutely nothing to do with Hasbro's Ghostbusters. You don't like these Ghostbusters figures, and that's fine. You made your point a while ago. It's time to move on.@chickenfeetrfun2eat Don't respond. Leave it alone and move on, yourself, please.

Looking forward to getting this wave, but not so much for the baf. Same as the first wave of plasma series for me.

I always see comments about build a figures (recently comparing Hasbro to Mcfarlane) and then talking about how mcfarlane copied marvel. And thathedid articulated statues vs fully articulated..it all becomes very droll and repetitive.

Mcfarlane released a build a figure before toybiz with metal gear solid. That wasn't a statue. It infact had alot of artictaltion..Odd articulation, for an odd out of scale figure. But it was not statue. He also explained that he had tried fully articulated figures to please fans and still his sales weren't any better. I always wanna make this comment and I know people will be like "Stopworshipping mcfarlane."

But it was mcfarlane who is responsible for figures looking as good as they do today. Even if Hasbro is still a garbage manufacturer of cheap plastic, sub par sculpted toys withhalf ass paint jobs. It's been more than 20 years since Mcfarlane changed the toy industry and then we are still presented with this type of garbage that isnt even 50% close the quality mcfarlaneonce produced. Which was such a high bar that Mcfarlane himself cant even reproduce the same quality becuasethe people he once employed moved on to make garbage product for toy waste companies like Hasbro, Mattel, Super 7 (cool concepts, poor execution), four horsemen (great figure every once and while,..and on and on and on.

Just so tired of seeing crap like this produced to have people eat it up. And then when the next wave of trash is released and it's either the same or worse with crappier paint applications.

My 2 cents..blagh
