It is being reported from the
Canada Fan Expo convention via
TroyCollects that
Hasbro will not be holding their annual
online Pule-Con event this year and likely won't be doing the 1027 event either. Instead they will be focusing more on attending fall conventions such as NYCC, MCM London and LUCCA Comic and Gaming Conventions.
We learned during SDCC that Hasbro plans to sell exclusives at NYCC and MCM London this year which is something they haven't generally done in the past.
The online Pulse-Con event started during the COVID years as many conventions were shut-down, so it's not to surprising they will no longer be moving forward with it, especially when I think most collectors prefer just regular brand fan-streams to see the latest product reveals without out all the fluff of Pulse-Con, and those who attend the physical cons like to interact with the Hasbro brand members in person.
Given that they run fanstreams on a fairly regular basis anyway, I can understand that there just isn't really the call for a major online event like this, especially so close to physical ones like SDCC or NYCC.

Interesting news. Looks like the main model Hasbro decided to stick with is falling apart. I really hope they're going to redo anything that needs a hand - just like their own convention. Hoping for the best.
I'm fine with it as far as reveals and such go, but it's another indication that they are ramping up for their exit out of toymaking, which is a horrible idea and I hope they find out before they are too far gone..
I don't like having the reveals (and presumably preorders) spread out so much, but good riddance to PulseCon.
This makes sense. As long as we get more reveals Im fine with this.
