Factory Entertainment will be producing items to support the new
Green Hornet movie as well as items from the classic
Green Hornet TV series. I can tell you we will be offering range of
6” scale action figures and
1:50 die cast among other things. The Die cast will be an assortment featuring both Movie and TV series versions of the signature Black Beauty vehicle, the Green Hornet’s rolling arsenal. The first wave of action figures, which are being sculpted by noted figure artist Alex Heinke, will be a movie assortment featuring Seth Rogen as The Green Hornet and Jay Chou as Kato. Product is scheduled to begin arriving in store in October.

Factory Entertainment is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Sony Pictures Consumer Products Inc. to produce a range of collectibles and gift items relating to Columbia Pictures’ 2010 tentpole film, “The Green Hornet.”
The license also extends to the classic 1966 The Green Hornet television series and the two The Green Hornet movie serials produced in the 1940s.
Products to be released will include full-sized and scaled replicas of props, costume accessories, The Green Hornet-themed collectible jewelry and giftware, collectible die cast vehicles, and more. Products will begin launching this year.

Check back next week as we should have a few more details on this line from the New York Toy Fair though we are told SDCC will be the big event this year where they will be revealing products for Green Hornet as well as other licenses they have such as Princess Bride, Universal Monsters and James Bond. In particular prop replica products.
