Official Omni-Man First Look For Mortal Kombat 1

Mortal Kombat 1 enthusiasts were treated to a fresh glimpse of Omni-Man this week, a DLC character hailing from the Invincible comics and TV series. Omni-Man will be the first to join the game as part of its inaugural Kombat Pack. This exciting preview of the fierce character took place at the "Invincible & The Walking Dead Celebrate 20 Years!" panel during New York Comic-Con. This panel garnered significant attention as fans eagerly anticipated a Mortal Kombat 1 appearance, especially since the game itself did not have a dedicated presence at this year's event. During the panel, a trailer showcasing Omni-Man was unveiled to NYCC attendees, providing the most detailed look yet at his role in Mortal Kombat 1. This trailer followed a brief glimpse of Omni-Man in the earlier Kombat Pack trailer released earlier this year. Additionally, viewers were treated to a preview of one of Omni-Man's Fatalities, which will surely resonate with fans of the Invincible series.

Peacemaker will be available for early access players on February 28th, followed by a release for all other players on March 6th. Additionally, Mavado, Ferra, and Janet Cage are also part of the upcoming lineup. As shown in the trailer, Janet Cage is expected to make her debut sometime next month.

Warner Bros. Games has released the Official Quan Chi gameplay trailer for Mortal Kombat 1. Quan Chi is a powerful sorcerer who wields the power of the NetherRealm and will be available for Early Access on December 14 and for Full Release on December 21. Khameleon will also be joining the kameo roster in January. Glad to hear JK Simmons's voice. Some of the actor impersonations from the previous games were pretty awful.

Warner Bros. Games today announced Mortal Kombat 1, the latest installment in the acclaimed videogame franchise, is now available for early access on PlayStation5 (PS5), Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch system, and PC as part of the Premium Edition. The Mortal Kombat 1 Standard Edition will launch worldwide on Sept. 19.

Developed by award-winning NetherRealm Studios, Mortal Kombat 1 introduces a new beginning for the franchise with a reborn Mortal Kombat Universe created by Fire God Liu Kang, featuring iconic heroes and villains reimagined as theyve never been seen before. The genre-defining Story mode provides a fresh cinematic narrative with new relationships, unexpected twists on classic rivalries, and original backstories for a wide-ranging cast.

Mortal Kombat 1 extends the single-player offering with the debut of Invasions. Mortal Kombat 1 also features the new Kameo Fighter system, providing a separate roster of support characters to assist during matches.
