Damn it! They look great! I guess I'm in it for the core team and Flash back (since i had him when I was a kid and loved that figure). My poor wallet...

They don't look bad, the Mon-Star seems to be the stand out but like others mentioned they are on the pricey side.

These look really good. I may pick up a few but I dont see myself driving too far into the line due the the price point.

but then again they will probably just release these again in variant form with metallic paint?

that is definitely a possibility in the near future, surely, with a small extra amount for the metallic finish.

I guess the paint just is what it is. Metallic was great, but these are goodenough,I guess.

At these prices, I will probably only get Quicksilver, and basically be done with the line.

It's really disappointing to see these not painted in any kind of metallic colors. They all look like high gloss flat paints, which is kind of the opposite of what made the original toys so special.

This is my problem exactly, The most stand out element of the original figures was they were metallic, it was the draw, that's the main thing I think all of us a kids remember about these figures, even folks who don't remember Silverhawks directly will always remember "the shiny metallic figures they had" I think it's a huge let down they did the cartoon style flat paint, really detracts from the appearance, but then again they will probably just release these again in variant form with metallic paint?

I like them since they are more cartoon accurate... Fantastic. Many fans will buy them and I can bet on that...??

Roadpigmaster - 2021-06-09 @ 6:26 pm

Wow, they look good, specially Monstar and even Buzz Saw... Wow... I will pre order all these figures...??
