Veebs from Fwoosh sat down with Super7's Brian Flynn and in the process of talking shop about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ULTIMATES...Brian has stated they will be doing figures based off the 2003 designs! More info will be coming this holiday season but as I understood it they will have a 2003 wave up for pre-order, followed by a wave of ULTIMATES continuing their current style of offerings and then another 2003 wave pre-oreder and so on!
Other notable notes are the next wave of Silverhawks is the Copper Kid with the Space Racer and Tigersharks are coming but not until 2025. Also no plans for Sesame Street ULTIMATES are planned but not ruled out in the future.

Another let down for me is the lack of accesories. Only Michaelangelo had those effect pieces and Donattello those googles but the rest are just basic. Being based on a cartoon I imagined they'll have some episode specific items.

So glad I'm not alone. I think I'd just built these up too much in my head. The faces seem pretty good. Especially the bonus pack.

They look cool and interesting, but not going to pick them up I don't think. I did not watch the series in 2003.

They may not be perfectly faithful, and the price is always the sticking point with the Super 7 stuff for me. But I am taking note that they are giving us all four turtles at once, and they've got double joints.

I seem to be in the minority, but I'm disappointed in the look of these. I was hoping for extremely faithful representations of the animation style of the show, but these aren't that, or faithful representations of the 2003 toy sculpts. They look a little too bulky, especially in the legs, and the colors seem a bit off- as MagnaPrime mentioned. I feel like something looks a bit off with the heads, too, but it might just be how they look with the bodies. I definitely wouldn't call them bad figures, but they're not amazing, $55.00 figures, in my opinion. They're cool $35.00 figures. I hope they knock it out of the park with Shredder, as I absolutely love how he looked in this series.

I don't know what it is, something is feeling off to me. Like the legs are a little too thick and the coloring just seems off.

Definitely.

I think at least we'll see another wave. That's just me guessing.

The figures look good. We have 40 days before we start to see these figures to sell out at the other retailers so we better preorder during this time... I had to pretty much run and start buying from different stores the Thundercats figures I was missing cause they sold out from different sellers...?????

I don't have any interest in these myself, but gosh they do look really good, I almost want them, but for the price probably not, and I have no attachment to this turtles series.

These look really nice. I wonder if we'll get anyone else besides the four turtles?
