Vintage toy meets modern movie!
Always thought it was weird they called these Toho Shogun figures Ultimates, kinda seems like false advertising, since these don't have even remotely the Ultimate level of articulation, they are just re-releases of the Shogun figures in Ultimate boxes. And they are the same price as the Ultimates, seems kinda lacking in trying.
This looks to be a variation of the original Godzilla figure...???

I didn't notice the lava in the preview picture. Also wouldn't consider a 29 year old movie 'modern'.

"Vintage toy meets modern movie!" sounds like a Shogun Warriors style toy based on either Monsterverse or Minus One.
