Super7 Thundercats DELUXE Wave 1 Lion-o Figure Available Again

I actually said this at another forum, which is that Super 7 deluxe line is catch a new audience since Ultimates is more for the high end collectors like some of us... I will continue buying Ultimates plus getting a few deluxe and specially if they make army builders... Lion-O with new mold sounds like a pickup for me and it doesn't matter if I already pre-ordered the lighting eyes version with the new mold.???

One other observation: are these less articulated than the Ultimates? The digital renders make it hard to tell if the Thundercats figures have articulated knees, and Godzilla has a different style neck than the Vs. Biolante figure (probably since there is no Biolante vine accessory with it). Just curious if they are also cutting costs by limiting articulation.

Edit: Just noticed that the Godzilla is much smaller than the ultimates one, so it is actually a new sculpt it seems.

Interesting. So essentially S7 Ultimates with less accessories for the pice of a typical Neca Ultimate figure- which pretty much comes loaded with accessories? While I appreciate a lower price from Super7 and will likely pick up a Panthro if they ever release him in this format, I guess my question is why they are still so much more costly for less content? Again, a cheaper option is great, but I have always felt that S7 is significantly overpriced in general. Yep. I already have Monkian and Lion-O so i can supplement these new ones with accessories from those.

Anyway managed to get a preorder for both. If Jackalman is in a future wave i will defintiely get him but not too sure how much im gona double dip in the future.

Lion-o is available at this moment for anyone that missed him.

These are good deals but keep in mind that these Target Super7 Thundercats come with fewer accessories than the regular releases, hence the lower prices.

This is a phenomenal move on super7s part! I might be able to get the thunderkittens someday afterall. Wish this was how they started the 2003 tmnt line.

This version of Lion-O is different than the one we already have man... It's the one with the new mold used in the lighting eyes version... ???

I'll eat my hat if Panthro, Tygra and even Cheetara aren't released with either fix ups or completely new in this new Deluxe format.
