The renders look good but the final product will likely not be as detailed. That us the one issue I do have with Super7 items. That and their prices are a bit high for what you are ultimately getting.

I'll say. Take for example this new ThunderCats line, its almost comical how Super7 seems to have swung to the complete opposite extreme. Not long ago, they bloated their figures with superfluous accessoriesextras that didnt add much but definitely helped inflate prices. Now, with the latest figures like Lion-O and Monkian, theyre giving us practically nothing in terms of accessories, and theyre still charging way too much. Lion-O comes with just the Sword of Omens and Claw Shield, while Monkian has only a flail. Thats it. Yet, each figure is priced at a ridiculous $34.99.

These figures should be no more than $25 if theyre going to skimp on accessories like this. Companies like NECA and McFarlane consistently deliver figures of the same quality, with more accessories and better pricing, proving that its possible to offer value without gouging collectors. Super7, on the other hand, has shown a pattern of either stuffing figures with unnecessary items to justify higher prices or, now, swinging to the bare-bones approach while still maintaining the premium cost. Its the worst of both worlds.

How is this sustainable? And even more confusing, how are they still financially supported by collectors? Super7 seems to be banking on fans loyalty and nostalgia, hoping we wont notice the clear and explicit price gouging. But fans deserve more than a brand banking on name recognition without delivering a fair product. This ThunderCats line feels stripped-down, overpriced, and disrespectful to collectors.

If theyre charging premium prices, then fans deserve premium figureswith thoughtful accessories, better detailing, and a sense of value. Super7s approach makes it feel like theyre testing how far they can push fans without backlash, but its time collectors started pushing back. Right now, it feels like were being taken advantage ofagain.
