This item is now available for pre-order in the UK but should be available exclusively from Target at some point here in the US. Stay tuned for anymore info as we get it.

The Mattel MOTU x Thundercats line, are the parts interchangeable to make them look like classic Thundercats? If so then I'll definitely be picking those up!!!

Yeah, I wanna know that, too. I would assume so, since BBTS carries their Expanse figures and other lines, and Entertainment Earth carries Biker Mice from Mars, but there doesn't seem to be any info yet either way. Since Toyfair is a trade show, and was the official debut of these figures, it's entirely possible BBTS and other retailers just made deals with Nacelle over the weekend, and it may be a bit before we see anything about that.
