Batman: The Animated Series Scarecrow 1/6 Scale Figure From Mondo

I really want a 1:12 figure with that first appearance head. I'm actually not a fan of his other looks.

Am I crazy? I thought he had a sock head as an option. Maybe I'm thinking of some other company's figure, but I thought it was Mondo's?
