'Game Of Thrones' Season Seven Preview Images

HBO has released a whole set of preview images for the upcoming seventh season for Game of Thrones. for Sunday, July 16th. "Game of Thrones: Season 7" will be shorter than usual as it will only contain seven episodes, compared to the usual 10. It will also be the second-to-last season of "Game of Thrones" as the series will end its run with Season 8 (which is likely due out in the summer of 2018).

Summers span decades. Winters can last a lifetime. And the struggle for the Iron Throne has begun. It will stretch from the south, where heat breeds plots, lust and intrigues; to the vast and savage eastern lands; all the way to the frozen north, where an 800-foot wall of ice protects the kingdom from the dark forces that lie beyond. Kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars, lords and honest men...all will play the 'Game of Thrones.'
