James Bobin has been selected to direct Action Man, the film based on the Hasbro military figure doll set. Bobin has directed two Muppets movies and
Alice Through the Looking Glass.
The film is being developed by Hasbro and Paramount Players, with the script being written by Simon Farnaby and Hasbro is producing.
Paramount and Hasbro declined comment.
