The Todd Phillips' Joker origins movie has been officially greenlit by Warner Bros. and will begin filming in September. Back in
February, we reported that this project was under development and the project will be released under a new DC banner.
Even though this Joker feature is happening, Warner Bros. is still developing another one with Jared Leto in the role.
