Thats kind of what I thought was going on, without having seen any of it since season 2, I think.
To me Arrow had reached a limit. It's very hard for them to move over this. I am afraid that if they don't go for some comicbooky stuff and fast, people will lose inetrest and the show will not reach 10 seasons.

Im all about those pink tips, though... Not having watched the show in a while, a lot of these preview images make me think its like an alternate universe aesthetic.
Whelp, if it didnt work out as Casey Jones, better get back to Oliver Queening.
