Entertainment Weekly has revealed for the fifth and final season of Lucifer, Dennis Haysbert is joining and will be appearing on the Netflix-Warner Bros. TV drama as God.
“We did like the big crazy list of [possible actors for the part], and he was my top choice,” Lucifer co-showrunner Joe Henderson tells
EW.
“We were lucky. It was our first and only offer.”
The premiere date for the final season of Lucifer has not been revealed but the season will consist of 16-episodes split into two halves.
I don't watch the show but this sounds interesting, Dennis Haysbert has a good screen presence and a very powerful and distinctive sounding voice, I'm sure he'll do a good job.
The voice of Allstate is now the voice of God. COINCIDENCE?!?!? "youre in gods hands" XD
Definitely has the voice and presence for the part.
