New Justice League Dark: Apokolips War Preview Video Clip

by Jay Cochran
May 5, 2020
Culminating a six-year animated journey that began with the release of Justice League War in 2014, "Justice League Dark: Apokolips War" finds Earth decimated after intergalactic tyrant Darkseid has devastated the Justice League in a poorly executed war by the DC Super Heroes. Now the remaining bastions of good – the Justice League, Teen Titans, Suicide Squad and assorted others – must regroup, strategize and take the war to Darkseid in order to save the planet and its surviving inhabitants. This is truly the war to end all wars, and only the victor will live to enjoy the spoils.

The Justice League has always been Earth's first and last defense, but with the imminent arrival of Darkseid and the horrors of war that will follow, everything is about to change! With time running out, the Justice League will need all of its members and their powers like never before. But even the world's most powerful Super Heroes, including reluctant member John Constantine, may not be able to make a difference against Darkseid's legions. Witness the most shocking battle in the DC Universe, where survival itself is a victory.

The World’s Greatest Super Heroes square off once-and-for-all against the despotic Darkseid. Available on Digital starting May 5, 2020, and on 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack and Blu-ray Combo Pack on May 19, 2020.

True but a few parents are still ignorant of that fact.

Sadly that covers alot of people not just parents. There is alot of animation out there that is adult oriented and many still believe its automatically kid friendly. It kind of blows my mind. Altho I always saw DC shows/movies as for kids, it seems in recent years they have definitely been transitioning to a more adult oriented setting. No more Batman TAS or JLU type of story telling.

I also didn't like the fact Batman had no plan at all to counter the threat. Not to mention the complete lack of any recon. Just too many character plot holes. If I were betting on it I would say the writers only made this to kill as many Super Heroes as they could.

I'm sorry but I think this got way too dark. I hope no little kids get their hands on this.

It reminds me of Marvels horrible Ultimatum comics but in this case its actually quite good I really only did like Flash point movie and maybe suicide squad: hell to pay, these 3 seem to be quite good.

So I just watched this and I think it was awesome but yeah there are some crazy death scenes in the movie. Kind of did an ironic double feature and watched this and rewatched the new mk animated.. It was oddly very comparable in content. Really dug this movie tho, one of the better thats been released in a long time imo.

Saw some clips from this movie and there are some deaths that put Mortal Kombat fatalities to shame. Say what you will about this film series, but you cannot deny that they ended it with a bang.
