Wonder Woman 1984 - New Official Trailer

August 22, 2020

Check out a brand-new sneak-peek trailer for the highly-anticipated DC superhero sequel "Wonder Woman 1984."

This time around, the sequel is set in the year 1984 instead of the WWI era, and we see Wonder Woman will be going up against two new supervillains -- the devilishly cunning entrepreneur Maxwell Lord (played by Pedro Pascal) and Cheetah-transforming scientist Barbara Ann Minerva (played by Kristen Wiig). This is the first time we see Kristen Wiig in her full "Cheetah" transformation.

Fast forward to the 1980s as Wonder Woman's next big screen adventure finds her facing two all-new foes: Max Lord and The Cheetah...

Wonder Woman 1984 stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Pedro Pascal, Kristen Wiig, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, Natasha Rothwell, Ravi Patel, Gabriella Wilde, Kristoffer Polaha, Amr Waked

Release: October 2nd, 2020

Yeah I'm hyped for this movie, I think it should be a decent entertainer, awesome that we finally saw Cheetah in her cat form, looked pretty rad

Oct you say now.... hmmm , worrisome, I almost just think we ain't seeing no movies until 2021, except for the 2 people who go to see New Mutants in the theater.. if that actually remains to be a thing

Doesn't look bad, Pedro Pascalcontinues to be what interests me most about the project.

I am excited to see the way they transformed Cheetah and didn't put her in a Cheetah print suit. That works for the comics or cartoons but not for live action. Still kind of thrown by Steve being alive but I guess they will put it all together in the movie.

I have a lot of faith in Patty Jenkins.

We finally get to see Cheetah. And yes, I'm going to say, I'm excited about this (too!)
