ThunderCats is a dream project for me. When I was in high school, I was obsessed with it. You’d think at that point, I was a little too old, that my years of obsession with ThunderCats would be when I was 6 years old. My real obsession with ThunderCats came in high school, the pinnacle of me deciding I wanted to be a filmmaker, and pushing in that direction…I actually spent most of my 10th grade year, I completely blew it. I didn’t pay attention in school, made terrible grades. And the reason? I was writing my ThunderCats screenplay through my entire 10th grade year. And I was hand-writing it. The screenplay itself ended up being 272 pages long. I still have it. It was one of those things where I would carry around my notebooks and talk about it. I didn’t even realize the kids in my class were making fun of me as they would ask me questions about my ThunderCats screenplay. It was only one day my friends asked me and I was excitedly telling him all these things about my ThunderCats screenplay. And I heard him turn around to some of the girls in the class, these were girls I had crushes on, and he’s making fun of me for writing ThunderCats! Because it was ridiculous. But that was the first moment where I had a though that maybe I would not be able to make the ThunderCats movie. I thought, am I crazy for obsessing over this, thinking it’s something you can just do? As it turns out, when you’re a kid in Alabama with no resources or connections to filmmaking, it is impossible to make a ThunderCats film. But flash forward, 20 years later and here we are.
I don't know if a Thundercats movie would work but it'll be interesting to see what comes from this.
Interesting.....
Will keep my eye's on it...
If it's going to be CG Movie anyway....
Find those Japanese guys that did The ThunderCats "Opening", in the 80s...=^)
I really just hope we can finally get live action Thundercats movie, it's been a dream since I was a kid, never understood why it didn't happen then? at the height of the popularity. I remember so many times over movies were planned in the more recent decade and nothing came to fruition, I'd just love to finally see Thundercats on the big screen, as for figures.., LJN I suppose could do something similar to MOTU origins and that could be cool, in the end I don't really care who produces the toys as long as they are good, please just don't let LJN ever make a video game ever again that's all I'm asking, they can return to making toys sure.

So far wrestling figures as an exclusive! The LJN Toys instagram page is amazing!
If you want to purchase the figures go on:

WB should look into the recent success Hasbro and Mattel did with "The Real Ghostbusters" and "Masters Of The Universe" classic lines in retail and call LJN Toys to duplicate the success with Thundercats!
With the LJN toy line returning, I think LJN should get the master toy license!
They could re release the classic 80s figures and give us figures/vehicles from the new movie!
They already appear to be making new WWE figures:

I hope Mattel gets it back and followstheir Masterverse format. Neca, DST or Mcfarlane would be cool too.

Intriguing though I'd like to see the film project materialized first.
A lot would depend on what kind of deal is in place between Mattel, Super7 and WB. Mattel may very well still have first dib rights to it if that was something that was negotiated when Super7 was allowed to start doing them. If the license became totally up for grabs then who knows. Hasbro if there was a movie backing it might very well become interested in it, but my first guess would be Mattel. McFarlane could actually be another possibility since they already have a good relationship with WB, but keep in mind we would likely be talking about stuff as much for kids if not more so than adults, so that to me puts it back in Mattel's favor.
I'd like to see Neca have the license
