Noah Hawleys FX series Alien has signed on Sydney Chandler as a lead for the new series that takes place before Sigourney Weaver 'Alien' movies.
We reported back in January that pre-production on Alien would start production this year. The series reportedly takes place before the days of Sigourney Weavers alien fighter Ripley. Its the first story that takes place in the Alien franchise on Earth, 70 years from the current day.
