Bloody Disgusting is reporting that Scream 7 will be directed by Happy Death Day director Christopher Landon with Spyglass Media Group producing, and Paramount distributing the next installment of the franchise.
The last two Scream movies were directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett from Radio Silence who will remain on as executive producers with Chad Villella.
The film is in the early stages as it has no writer due to the Writers Guild strike.
