Oh, I was talking about their new Scorpion figures from Mortal Kombat 3 as opposed to all the variants they had done of their Mortal Kombat Scorpion. So technically, this is a 1.0 MK3 Scorpion, but I was thinking of it as a 2.0 version of the character Scorpion from Storm Collectibles in general. But, yeah that is what I was wondering. If they'd be selling a "clean" MK3 Scorpion at the con which I think might be the first time people would get it in hand, or if this MK3 bloody version would drop before the "clean" version.

They tend to sell their upcoming figures early at cons so the umk3 scorpion unbloodied will def be there as well as cyrax who also drops that month.

What do you mean by 2.0s?! Are they doing some kind of revisions to their figs after release now or something? If you are referring to the umk3 scorpion regular version, it comes out at the same time as the con version in october. They will definitely be selling their new figs that are launching that month at the con as well.

Hasn't the regular Scorpion not released yet? I wonder if this will be the first time we get to see their 2.0s then. Unless the regular drops real quick, which I doubt. Maybe they'll sell the regular at the Con as well.

I wouldn't be too worried. Most of Storm's exclusives show up on BBTS or BluFin's website. Last year Rain was a NYCC exclusive and he is still availableon Blufin for $55.00.

Yeah BBTS like to jack those prices up when they do exclusives. And then on top of that their extra charges to get to you 2 weeks later. A reason ive still not bit on the Noob they have. They want the price of a large storm figure that is half the size.. nah. But I do follow Bluefins site and the scorpion that went up was sold out in like hours. I never saw it on sale before being sold out and i check the site often. Hopefully smoke lasts longer on there because its pretty much my only hope.

The figures look pretty cool. But, I normally don't collect video game figures unless they are being clearanceout. Don't thinkthese exclusive will hit any bargain bin.

That being said, I'd want to have a Storm collectibles figure in hand to check out the overall articulation and quality of the figure.

Would like to pick up a few some day when other stuff is not a priority.?
