Storm figures have soft upper torso even the non seemless ones. There is articulation. There is multiple articulation points on under the rubber. They already did it with their Death Adder figure from golden axe, along with seemless elbow joints.

These all look awesome. Liu Kang looks so much better than what they had shown many many years ago. I wonder if he ll still come with his dragon. I would assume he would, they wouldnt let all that work go to waste. Im very surprised at how much they are pushing golden axe figures. I guess they sell pretty well when a bunch are army builders. I am also curious if they are starting this trend of seameless torsos. I cant say im a fan of it as it seems like we are going to see alot of bent rubber or limited articulation as well as potential broken skin/cuts in the rubber. Cant wait for KING!!!
And now I need them to do bo rai cho
