Check out the first scenes from the new season of HBO's Emmy-Nominated "Westworld" in this just released Comic-Con Teaser Trailer. The new scenes seem to pick up right where the last season ended, with the androids taking over their world and they are not about to give it up again without a fight. Returning for another 10-episode second season are Evan Rachel Wood, Jeffrey Wright, Thandie Newton, and Ed Harris.

Executive produced by Jonathan Nolan (Person of Interest), Lisa Joy (Burn Notice), and J.J. Abrams, the second season of "Westworld" is currently scheduled to begin airing sometime in 2018 on HBO.

"Westworld" is a dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the future of sin. The one-hour drama series is inspired by the film of the same name, written and directed by Michael Crichton.

Westworld stars Ed Harris, Evan Rachel Wood, Jeffrey Wright, Thandie Newton, James Marsden, Louis Herthum, Jonathan Tucker, Talulah Riley, Katja Herbers
