1000toys G.I. Joe Figures And More At NYCC

Tenacious Toys has announced another exciting event for their NYCC 2019 booth # 780: a fully-stocked 1000toys Pop-Up Shop!

Teaming up with 1000toys again at New York Comic Con was a no-brainer, according to Tenacious Toys CEO Benny Kline. With a wide array of unique and highly detailed 1:6-scale and 1:12-scale action figures, 1000toys has proven to be a big draw at the East Coast's biggest pop culture convention.

1000toys produces both original IP action figures as well as licensed products. More than half of the selection at the 1000toys Pop-Up Shop will be indy artist/creator crossover action figures in the 1:12-scale size which 1000toys calls the nu:synth initiative:

The "nu:synth initiative" - an artist collaboration series in 1/12 scale. This new line of action figures takes characters designed by independent toy artists and melds them with the super-articulated body of the 6-inch Synthetic Human figure to create a bold range of new and exciting action figures.

The nu:synth initiative figures include characters from RealxHead, Punk Drunkers, Glyos, and Toy Pizza's Knights of the Slice. Other popular figures in the Pop-Up Shop include licensed GI Joe 1:6-scale action figures, and several different variations of 1000toys' own Synthetic Human action figures.

The full list of action figures available in the 1000toys Pop-Up Shop is below:

I have both their GI Joe Duke and GI Joe Snake Eyes from past SDCC releases but I cant tell if this Snake Eyes is different from the picture.

I did honestly think they were comparatively overpriced even though I bought them (But Duke and Snake Eyes are personal favorites and I tend to overspend everyyear when it comes to buying stuff at SDCC).

I want that Stormshadow figure.

Is this the first time we've seen these Sofubi crossed with 1000 toys like this? Pretty cool indeed! I'd be interested in a few for sure.

Snake Eyes looks crazy good.

Their prices are quite high compared to other companies that produce similar quality action figures. That's the only thing stopping me from getting their Halo Master Chief, cause with shipping and taxes I'd be paying around $170 for a particularly small figure.

Is this different from the Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow 1000Toys/BAIT had at SDCC/WonderCon a few years ago.
