It's
San Diego Comic Con season, and the reveals keep on happening, as toy collectors all around the world hit their refresh button every few minutes to see what new toys, announcements and exclusives have been posted online. It can be overwhelming, and a lot of collectors are already reporting fatigue about all this (
imagine us, toy reporters, then!).
ToyFarce interviewed Ryan, a collector who has done damage
beyond repair to his sleep schedule, as he stays awake until 4:30-5:00am to keep checking for new action figures and pre-order coveted items before anyone else:

To be efficient, you gotta work around the clock.", Ryan said. "
During the day, we get all the reveals from domestic brands, Hasbro, Mattel, McFarlane Toys, NECA,... and during the night, you get the ones from the import brands like Bandai, Medicom, Hot Toys,... So you have to stay focused all the time. I have 15 different tabs open on 3 different monitors, that I keep refreshing. Today, for example, I knew the pre-orders for the S.H.Figuarts Squid Games and Elden ring figures would start at 4:00pm, Japan time, which is 3:00am EST. I was ready!"
The
San Diego Comic Con is a still a week away, which means the upcoming week will be
very busy leading up to the big event. Be sure to be on the lookout for all toy news! We know Ryan will!

Remember when there weren't 15 reveals every hours a couple of weeks ago? Good times...

I feel you and I agree, but its going to resume normal-ish shipping at some point and I'm going to go broke then when my pre-orders come due. It seems like it's piling up much more than it would normally.

This isnt a joke thought thats the thing lol... then having to go on the bay of E if you dont get something...No holds barred is gonna be brutal...the he-man figs were rough on Creations so i cant imagine this.Plus trying to get two and a MOTU 2 pack??? Thats just Matty. Glad Neca is out of the way already but then gotta worry about Hasbro.
