This week, the
Hasbro Marvel Legends team announced a new item for the
Marvel Legends Role Play line, which had been mostly focused on bringing
MCU props into our lives (
Iron Man helmet, Captain America's shield, Thor's Mjolnir...). This time, the item is from the upcoming
X-Men 97 animated series, which opens the door to items from the
comics / animated series... which led us to go overboard on the wish list!
Yesterday, the Marvel Legends team very own Dan Yun asked what items people would want to see, minus the Wolverine claws, which was probably at the top of 99% of the collector's lists... Way to spoil the fun, Dan!
WOLVERINE'S ADAMANTIUM SKELETON
If we can't get the claws, how about getting the rest of the skeleton? A nice life-size
vac metal skeleton, or even just the head or an arm. Could be used for biology class too!
STRYFE'S HELMET
Staying with the
X-Men, we've seen the
Marvel Legends team's Dwight Stall wearing a gigantic
Stryfe helmet last year.
Well, we're still waiting!
GREEN GOBLIN'S HAT AND PUMPKIN BOMB
Who has never dreamed to wear a giant
pink/purple sock on their head and throw
exploding pumpkins at people everywhere?
'Nuff said!
DOCTOR DOOM'S CLOAK CLASPS
A lot of people commented that a
Dr Doom mask would be their most wanted item, but we'll go one further and add the iconic cloak clasps. Without them,
Dr Doom is just
a guy in an armor wearing a green tunic, but when you add the 2 gigantic gold clasps and the chain, suddently, you know you're dealing with the
ruler of Latveria!
SILVER SURFER'S SURFBOARD
That would be a great one, and not dangerous at all! A big ol' silver colored surfboard. Now, YOU can also be an
herald and surf in the sky.
To me, my board! ** Power Cosmic not included.
GALACTUS HELMET (LIFE SIZE)
100 feet tall Galactus helmet. After reading that comment from professional wreslter
Danhausen on the post, we couldn't find any other answer(
hausen). This is the one we want.
