This week's TNI Cool Custom figure is of custom Transformers/SAW crossover Billy figure by
Kingbotz.
Here is how figure describes the making of this figure:
"
Billy was made from a 12" puppet figure and tricycle combo produced by Neca. I took parts from both, and scratch-built the rest. Everything remains connected during transformation, no parts-forming. I took the sound chip from Billy and installed it in the custom base, which quotes six lines straight from the movie at the push of a button."
