2010 Joecon Para-Drop Figure Revealed

April 22, 2010
Fun Publications, Inc., licensee for Hasbro’s official G.I. Joe Collectors’ Convention, G.I.Joecon, has announced today that all registered attendees will have the opportunity to receive a “free” Flint parachute figure. On April 29th Hasbro is sponsoring a private parachute drop for school kids to help promote the convention locally. Since Hasbro knew that the venue was not accessible to attendees, they wanted to make sure that fans registered for the convention were a part of this great event by giving them one of the limited edition Flint figures that will be used at the drop.

These will be handed out to everyone with a convention badge who attends either of the two presentations given by Alan Hassenfeld (former Chairman of the Board and present Chairman of the Executive Committee of Hasbro) on Friday morning in the Narragansett Ballroom at the Westin.
