G.I.Joe 30th Anniversary Skystriker Release Date From Previews

For those who are eagerly anticipating the release of Hasbro's G.I.Joe 30th Anniversary Skystriker vehicle with Ace figure. The June issue of Diamond Distributor's Previews magazine has the item listed for pre-order and says it will be released on August 31, 2011. As previously reported, Target retailers will be selling this item for $34.99 and the ARP will be $29.99.

Since Previews caters to the specialty market and not mass-retail, it is possible the larger retailer outlets like Target could have the Skystriker on shelves before August 31 and it is also likely that the cost of the Skystriker will be higher through the specialty market, but either way we should be seeing this bad boy no later than the end of August, and hopefully mid-August will be the more likely target release for it.
