Back in April during the 2011 G.I.Joe convention we first showed you the G.I.Joe 3.75" Cobra Data Viper figure Hasbro was planning to release in the fall as part of their 30th Anniversary line. Basically the idea of this guy was that he was to be a modern cyber-terrorist for the Cobra Organization.
Well it turns out according to a recent Q&A with the folks at Hasbro done over at
The Fighting 1:18th, the figure was not picked up by retailers and has been canceled from the line.
As you can see from our image of the figure below, it was to come with lots of accessories for hacking into things like satellites and networks, though in my own opinion it was somewhat bulky looking, many collectors where looking forward to it.
