The Scarlett and the Roadblock are ok, but i would like to see them in their GI Joe original outfits or what they worse on the cartoon. Just make them more modern in the design. The Destro is by far the one to get!

I agree, especially if you were a fan of Roadblocks second look in the original line. That is what this seems to be based on. The weapons are the weakest think about this figure but as you suggest, you can probably find better replacements for him.

According to the review the vest is a separate piece but not made to be removed.
