This week's TNI Cool Custom is of a custom 3.75" scale Red Shadows Red Maniac figure. This custom was done by
Dark Horse. This is how he describes the making of this figure.

The only member of the Red Shadows to volunteer for Baron Ironblood's super soldier program, and ironically, the only survivour. A culmination of Terminator, Red Laser and Red Mercury's latest innovations, Kain was subjected to complete body prosthesis, mercury blood transfusion, adamantium bone enhancements, and positronic brain upgrades. He is now a walking arsenal, equiped with a vulcan cannon/ blade arm attachment, crushing claw, bionic legs and eye laser.
However, the super soldier program caused Kain to descend into madness, his only speech now comes in the form of quotes from William Shakespeare. Unpredictable, irrepressible and highly dangerous, Red Maniac is as much a threat to the Red Shadows as he is to Action Force.
"We are lucky the super soldier program was not 100% successful. It it had been, Baron Ironblood would now rule the world."
I made this guy as the boss character for the Enforcer of Blood dio competition. I was surprised at how easiley all the parts fitted. The right arm is from a modified 200x Trap Jaw (I removed the spring crap and put a proper joe elbow joint in there), left arm from MU Cable, cast claw, a modified SDS head, RoC Snake eyes torso (sculpted, RoC Accelerator suit legs, and RoC Hit&Run belt. I added a few clear gems to catch the light. The whole figure is 100% playable and scratchproof. "
