I haven't watched FUBAR, but chances are it was one of the Mezco Jim figures from 2012. Either that or Premium DNA supplied them with a prototype. If somebody can provide a screencap I might be able to say for sure.

For now it doesn't appear so, no. The fact of the matter remains that the folks behind Premium DNA ran Megalopolis Toys, and a lot of people were ripped off by them. People have a right to be wary of Premium DNA, and they have a right to withhold their money because of what happened before.As we've stated, if people have to have these, the wiser move may be to buy from one of our sponsors than from Premium DNA directly, but everyone can make up their own mind about that. Just want to make sure that everyone is adequately informed, as well.

Those Battletoads figures look very cool to mix them up with the Neca animated turtles... I can picture a scene like that in my shelves ????

Will the Battletoads figures be sold at GameStop tho ?

Technically, you are correct, however Megalopolis president and CEO Matt Westover is the president and founder of Premium DNA Toys. A number of other former Megalopolis employees are at Premium DNA as well.
