Lord knows I dig a good "skull in a spacesuit" figure, but this is way too rich for my blood. I don't want to buy things that are so expensive that I'm too afraid to open them for fear of ruining the value. I have more than enough of that accidentally happening organically by taking too long to unbox my stuff.
Good grief, $80 each with 10% down. Is this the non-Legions con version or the Legions con exclusive? Hoping the latter with a more reasonably priced option coming later.

Just look at how even their re-paints are a whole 'nother level. Yoshanai Kari is the Monkey King they just released- only with updates that are so good, its a must-have figure. Skapular is a figure within a figure! I was gonna pass on that as I have the original....but then look at al the stuff there. The weapons packs from way back in Wave I were incredible, LOOK how improved they are now. This is the kind of thing that ticks me off about hasbo's Legends- barely any thought or care into updating or re-using on the same level as FourHorsemen. Clearly they're making sure collectors know that, just because they've branched out to COSMIC Legions, Mythic isn't gonna get left behind. Anyone who's thinking of jumping in on this, I advise doing now. These only increase in price afterwards.

Shown below is the new Four Horsemen Mythic Legions: Rising Son Attlus and Bdvar the Bear Figures that was revealed this past weekend at Legions Con 2023. Both are available for pre-order from StoreHorsemen.com. with a suggested retail price of $37.00 for Attlus and $85.00 for Bdvar the Bear.If there is one image that captures the spirit of the Mythic Legions: Rising Sons wave, this has to be it!
"This incredible shot from onesix_shooter shows the new Attlus the Conqueror 2 figure atop his mighty bear mount, Bdvar. This image not only shows the scale of that bear when compared to a standard Legions figure, but it also shows how we are sure many Legionaries will choose to display this pair in their collections!Attlus and Bdvar are available separately and up for preorder now at www.StoreHorsemen.com."On 11/10/2023 at 10:10 PM, Atlantis said:Fans were talking about Atlus having a bear to ride way back during the first Kickstarter, almost 10 years ago. I think he rides a bear in that comic they put out back then.I skipped the Monkey King and didn't think there'd be room in my collection for anything East Asian inspired, but I have to have that Oni looking bastich. I love the Baldwin IV inspired alternate look for Scapular, too. It's really quite bad ass and sinister. I know they aren't the same faction, but I kind of ignore that stuff. Those two will look great along with my Djinn whenever I get my Poxxus figures.Manisha Cinderhorn also seems really cool, but considering her skin tone is blue, I'd much prefer her cloak and various armor pieces to be in some other color(s). I'll probably pass on that one.
