It's not the wrong head. This is a comic version of SS V.2. Someone posted a picture of it earlier, and you can clearly see this on the back of the box which is the 3rd picture in the series. Super7's first Ultimates Joe was a comic version of the BAT which featured multiple differences from the other regular versions. They do this all the time in other lines and they'll sure as hell do this version of SS when both the ReAction and ReAction+ versions roll around.
