Today I take a look at the new DC Comics Icons 6" Static figure from DC Collectibles. The figure comes with 2 different headsculpts and manhole cover with electricity effect stand. The Static character comes from Milestone Comics which was created by Dwayne McDuffie, Denys Cowan, Michael Davis, and Derek T. Dingle in the early 90's.
