The Dark Knight Returns To Comic Shops This Week

The Dark Knight Returns this week with DC Direct's new line of action figures based on the Frank Miller mini-series. This assortment of figures will include: Batman, Robin, Joker & Superman. These figures are slated to hit comic and specialty shops this Wednesday, August 25th 2004.




Also due to hit shelves from DC Direct this week is the CLASSIC SILVER AGE BATGIRL & BATWOMAN DELUXE ACTION FIGURE SET. Kathy Kane fought side-by-side with the Silver Age Batman as Batwoman! Later, Kathy’s niece Betty Kane donned a mask and joined the fight against evil as the original Batgirl! The BATGIRL ACTION FIGURE stands approximately 5 3/4” tall, while BATWOMAN stands approximately 6” tall. Each figure includes a “utility” purse. This set also includes two accesssories: a Bat-Mite figure measuring approximately 2 1/4” and Ace the Bat-Hound figure measuring approximately 3” tall x 3 1/2”. This set includes a rooftop base which interconnects with the bases from previous DC Direct Classic Silver Age Deluxe Action Figure Sets. Packaged in a 4-color window box.
