R.I.P. Lou Scheimer

by Jay Cochran
October 19, 2013
Yesterday was a sad day in the world of animation as Lou Scheimer, co-founder and president of Filmation Studios passed away at the age of 84. Lou and Filmation Studios were known for bringing many great cartoons to the small screen in the 70's and 80's such as The New Adventures of Superman, Star Trek The Animated Series, Tarzan, Fat Albert, She-Ra and most notable He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.

We will miss you Lou and thanks for all the great childhood memories.
