Just How Hard Will Mer-Man Be To Find?

We have been getting alot of people asking us if the new 2002 Mer-Man will be a difficult figure to find. We checked with Mattel to see what we could find out. Basically what they told us was that within an assortment they have 3 to 4 different configurations. Here is an EXAMPLE Mattel provided us, but they indicate the cases may or may not be packed like this.
