I see your point better now. My assumption is that if they don't sell it out, they will offer it to others to help it get made.

But it just seems so confusing to take this approach! Just make it an exclusive available for all to order and be done with it! The extra hoops and "might be available elsewhere at places that don't charge you a membership to even be able to order" thing is surely going to impact on how successful it is for them. Confusion is always the enemy in selling anything...

I hate to defend them, but given how Mattel has taken a bath on pretty much every one of these playsets they've made, I'm surprised they made this at all.

As a massive Horde fan but a minimal Origins fan, I'm highly conflicted about this. Really wish we had managed to get a Classic or Masterverse version, but if I somehow get the chance to pick one up I think I'll have to, even if it's entirely out of scale with my preferred figures! Being a foreign-based collector isn't going to help my odds any...
