NECA Teases 8-Bit Freddy Kruger Figure

With the success of their SDCC Exclusive 8-Bit Jason Voorhees Figure which was based on the 80's LJN Nintendo Friday The 13th video game, it looks like now NECA may give the same treatment to Freddy Kruger who also had a 80's NES game from LJN.

They posted the image below with the following caption:

"Hockey puck shouldn't have all the glory. I had an equally crappy game too. Doesn't anyone remember? #80s #LJN #nes"

No word on when or how this figure will be released but I am sure we will hear more details in the days to come.
