Same here on all points. I'll at least get Phantom no matter what, but I REALLY wanted these to match Marvel Legends.

That's somewhat unfortunate, when it comes to Marvel Legends I can be a bit of a scale Nazi so this probably won't do. I'm still getting Phantom because I really liked this show as a kid and Phantom was my favorite.

Someone finally did a comparison in a Flash Gordon review on YouTube. The bad news is, these ARE in the 7" scale. Loving these figures, I am hoping we see them hit Canada soon, I'm down for the collection.
