In Canada these are priced much differently, lowest you will find these are 50, but usually go from like 65 to even 70, only smaller retailers got these figures and they generally up the price, NECA has had very slim distribution here to big box stores over the past few years, when years earlier they were widely available and for awesome prices, but since the Pandemic things changed and the prices went up and the availability went down. I would have been 100% in on this line had it been out when we could readily find NECA and the price was agreeable.
it might sound crazy but I'd rather shell out 65-70 for say a Beholder or Owlbear, then just a Strongheart, when if Hasbro was doing some of these classic lore characters I could likely get them for 32 price range, that's what I'm saying, not doubting how great these figures are constructed, but would you pay 50-70 for 1 of them?
Yeah these are awesome, this line is really hard to get in Canada, and the price is a bit steep for what these figures are, I hope that Hasbro does some of these characters.
