Sin City's Hartigan Is Next For Neca's 18 Inch Figure

Neca is showing off the next in line for their 18 inch series and it comes from the Sin City series by the name of John Hartigan. Hartigan is just one of those tough as nails kind of guy who takes a hit and rolls with the punches. Any character like this deserves the larger than life treatment, so why not an 18 Inch Action Figure w/Motion Activated Sound?

Set to come out this September, the 18 Inch Hartigan features the lead pipe and revolver accessories, and includes the following phrases:
