Right. Really though since he's using soft goods, there's no reason to section off the figure like this. Wired soft goods cape could drape over the shoulder, and be shaped however the collector wants.

I'll grab PG, definitely. Don't love the cape situation, looks awkward as hell, but whatever.

Captain Cold is giving me MEGO vibes with that head, which I'm not loving. So... maybe.

Before I'd seen it, I figured Guy would be a yes, but that head looks like trash. I can't in good conscience put that in my collection. Guess we'll wait to see what the next one looks like.

Wait, is THAT supposed to be Guy Gardner??

If it helps to know, he's coming with alternate faces, and even an alternate hairpiece, so you might like the look of those better

Well, then I'll stay a little more open-minded, because that promo one looks terrible.

Guy is also an obvious pre-order for me. I need him for my Green Lantern Corps and for my Batman: The Brave And The Bold collection

The cape is supposed to attach at the cord which crosses the torso and loops under one arm, where it more or less drapes from the left side. What mcfarlane did, judging from that pic, is attach it to the fully to the upper neck area of the figure, then jammed the neck and head assembly (trapezius neck and head) down on top of that, wedging the cape between. IF that's what the final product is, then the cape will look like it hangs from both sides, just as an ordinarily attached cape would.

If that's the case, then cutting the pauldron off will be relatively easy.
