McFarlane Toys gave a sneak preview to the new King Conan of Aquilonia deluxe boxed set, from the soon-to-be-released CONAN Series 2: The Hour of the Dragon line of action figures, as it appears in its packaging…

“Aquilonia is the most noble and civilized nation in the Hyborian realm. Its King, Conan, lacks even a drop of royal or noble blood, but the common people of Aquilonia
are fiercely loyal to him.

“He sits upon his imperial throne clad in fine clothes made of silk and velvet with the royal lions of Aquilonia worked in gold upon his rich garb. Conan’s eyes smolder a volcanic blue that can’t conceal a deep reserve of inner fire. His dark, scarred face is that of a man who has been fighting all his life. Underneath all the pomp and circumstance of the Aquilonian Court is a man who was born he son of a blacksmith, a barbarian from the savage northern land of Cimmeria. Conan – who was once a thief, a pirate, a raider and a mercenary – is now a King.”
