Kratos has hit the stores as of last week to coincide with release of GOW2 - it's nice when you're able to release the figures along with the release of the games or movies isn't it? ;)
Anyhow it has come to my attention that a very small amount of the initial first week's shipment of Kratos may have some issues with some of the joint/pin construction. The factory tried to use an inferior pin for some of the joints and there could be breakage issues on some figures when posing them. Again this was only in the first week's shipment and a very small amount were shipped this way before we caught the problem.
In the event that you have a Kratos that breaks we will replace it at no charge to you. We stand by our products and the factory has made extra figures for this purpose.
We may ask for the defects back, again at our cost, so we can send them back to the factory for credit and inspection.
I honestly feel that Kratos is one of the best figures we have ever produced and we put our hearts & soul into him. We love the game and the designs and we wanted to blow everyone away with this figure. The sculpt, deco, accessories, articulation, etc are all perfect and I won't accept anything less for production.
