The Sandman: Preludes & Nocturnes Now Available With New Cover

THE SANDMAN: PRELUDES & NOCTURNES NOW AVAILABLE WITH NEW COVER

The first and one of the most popular titles from VERTIGO's The Sandman Library, THE SANDMAN: PRELUDES & NOCTURNES TP (STAR00204), is now available with a newly designed cover by award-winning artist Dave McKean. As announced in September, McKean has created new covers for the hardcover and trade paperback editions of the entire Sandman Library.

Along with the ground-breaking tale from THE SANDMAN #1-8, written by New York Times bestselling author Neil Gaiman, PRELUDES & NOCTURNES includes the DC COMICS COLLECTED EDITIONS LIBRARY CD-ROM Version 3.0. The CD-ROM features over 900 pages of art and story from classic titles from DCU, WildStorm, VERTIGO and other DC Comics imprints.

"We are going back to press on all the Sandman titles as we run out of stock on the previous printings," says Bob Wayne, DC's VP Sales & Marketing. "Right now we're finalizing delivery dates for the next batch, and we should have the target dates for arrival in stores within the next one to two weeks."
